I love cooking, but I will only cook recipes that I have pictures for. What can I say, I like to be able to see the end goal. I got a new Rachael Ray cookbook for Christmas, and it is filled with pictures. Shortly after opening it, my grocery list began. This meal was one I had been thinking about for a while. It was a long week, and the thought of making this for dinner was what got me through. There is something so satisfying about taking the time to make something that not only tastes delicious but that looks so great too. It's like art...delicious art! So before I devoured this masterpiece, I made sure to take its picture!
